This exact page identifies the AI Suite product and its organisation sign-in purpose for provider review. AI Suite combines local-first desktop applications with optional organisation administration.
Use an existing work identity to reach an organisation you belong to.
Where enabled by an organisation, AI Suite and AI Admin Console use OpenID Connect with Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. The service requests the minimum identity fields needed to authenticate the user, identify the tenant and show the user's name and work email. Administrative roles and entitlements are managed separately.
Google user data is used only to provide and secure the requested sign-in and organisation features. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Sign-in does not send prompts or documents to the identity provider.
Local-model content remains on the device. Customer-operated AI Server content remains in the customer's configured infrastructure. Optional cloud model routes are separate and selected in the app.
